P.S L.A I Love You!

IMG_1087

For my first night in LA, I had an amazing diner at Soho House West Hollywood with my L.A based friends, been to Chateau Marmont for drinks and went to a party on Sunset Boulevard with the most known and talented electronic french duo in the world… get lucky ;) ! So OUI, L.A is still the city of dreams!!!

One week where I really did what I like the most there: Having my morning juice in terrace at Urth Caffe, hiking in the Hollywood Hills, driving on Sunset Boulevard, shopping on Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, going to see a basketball game in the legendary Staples Center, eating DELICIOUS seafood in Malibu, having diner in le patio at Chateau Marmont, staying at Le Petit Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills, spending time on Melrose and much more…..

A special “clin d’oeil” to my friend Bénédicte with who I spent this crazy journey <3

Road trip on the Golden Coast – From San Francisco to Los Angeles

IMG_2473[1]

I was back on the road right after my trip to Coachella and  discovered a new part of the golden coast, made the spectacular drive down the Pacific Coast Highway from San Francisco to Los Angeles. So cliché I know :)   It was a real travel experience that I truly enjoyed and one that I will remember forever…

We first stopped by the charming city of Carmel By-The-Sea. Getting a look to the historical Clint Eastwood’s Mission Ranch, walking down the beach surrounded by majestic Cypress trees, exploring the city and its lovely cottages…  Carmel streets are lined with galleries and shops of all descriptions, you can easily find everything that you need within a few blocks!!

After our lunch on the sandy-white beach we drove to the Julia Pfeiffer Burns state Park, stopped by Big Sur to see the AWESOME McWay waterfalls…The McWay Falls is a very dramatic waterfall crashing into the ocean, makes you feel like you were somewhere tropical, one of the most beautiful spot I’ve never seen in California!

We finally arrived late at night in Los Angeles and ended up this wonderful jouney with sweet dreams!

I really recommend you too taking a trip to nowhere sometime! It’s so good to leave  and escape…

With love, K.

Coachella la la la!

IMG_1536

I have been to Coachella for the FIRST time two weeks ago and I can tell you that it was one of the most MAGICAL festival of my entire life!

I can’t really describe the atmosphere there, people were just Happy with a big H. Three pure golden days, dancing under the sun, listening and discovering incredible bands, going to pool parties in Palm Springs (yes this is also part of the Coachella experience ;) ), just enjoying life miles away from the rainy Paris… Pictures speak for themselves!

Postcards from Berlin – Berliner Weihnachtszeit!

DSCN3677“Let it snow let it snow let it snow”… I’m such into Christmas this year that it was perfect to go to Berlin few days before Weihnacht, as we say in German! We went to the Christmas market eating delicious german cakes and confiseries, walking down the streets full of snow, chilling in Cafés…alala what a great spirit and time. I let you take part of it through my photo diary below. Wish you all a wonderful Christmas break! Love, Karen. DSCN3669DSCN3641DSCN3658DSCN3690DSCN3718DSCN3710DSCN3720stefankaz_20121209-0004-800x533

Cartes Postales from Budapest

Salut everybody, I just came back from a magic trip in Hungaria where I spent few days in the beautiful Budapest.

The indian summer lights and the Danube, the castle and its incredible view, the Gellert Baths, the traditional Szamos cake and the delicious Goulash… it was just  perfect! A special “clin d’oeil” to Airbnb and our host David who made it possible with  a mega great flat in the center of the city. I won’t say more, pictures will talk for me…Viszlát!
